100% / Pure Acrylic Solid Surface

Pure acrylic solid surface (also be called 100% acrylic solid surface) is mainly made up of MMA Methyl Methacrylate resin (40~45%), Aluminium Hydroxide (55~60%) and Pigment. Because our manufacturing standards are in accordance with the international one, so LUXUStone® pure acrylic solid surface possesses many advantages. For example, Anti-bacterial, Notoxic even with direct contact with food, Non-yellowing and Good chemical-resistance properties. Besides, its excellent thermal-forming character, the flexibility enables thermoplastic molding processing, which turns out to be its most remarkable property.

Modified Acrylic Solid Surface

Modified acrylic solid surface (also be called composite acrylic solid surface OR Polyester solid surface that is polyester-based solid surface sheets) is mainly made up of MMA resin (5-8%), Unsaturated polyester resins (29~32%), Aluminium hydroxide (58~60%) and Pigment. Its performance is only second to pure acrylic solid surface in that it can’t possess the thermal-forming property, while modified acrylic solid surface still have a lot of merits—Environmentally friendly, Non-radioactivity, Anti-cracking, and High temperature resistant, Non-inflammable and more cost-effective than pure acrylic solid surface.
